We’ve stopped feeding the ground, pelitized rations and switched to a predominantly sprouted feed protocol for all of our chickens (meat and layers) this winter. Do you have any trouble with mold with this method?

We’ve never had any mold issues with this method. We only sprout the grain for about 4 days so there isn’t much time for mold to form, and the grains get rinsed everyday with this method as well.
